The Legal Edge, LLC respects and values your privacy.
This Privacy Policy details how The Legal Edge, LLC (hereinafter
referred to as “The Legal Edge”, “us” or “we”) treats the information
that is gathered about you when you use, sign up or register on any of
The Legal Edge websites including

the “Sites”). By registering on the Sites, you expressly consent to the

Collection of Information:
Non Personally Identifiable Information (Cookies):
The Legal Edge uses cookies solely for internal recordkeeping,
external statistics about our users as a whole and aggregating data
about the traffic on the Sites. If you would prefer not to have cookies
on your computer, you can block by selecting that option on your
computer and/or internet browser.
Personally Identifiable Information:
When you register on the Sites, The Legal Edge may require that you
provide certain personally identifiable information which may include,
but is not necessarily limited to:
• first and last name,
• physical address;
• credit card information;
• telephone number; and
• email address.
The Legal Edge may also request other personally identifiable
information, which you may choose whether or not to provide which is
treated in the same manner as all other personally identifiable
information under this privacy policy.
We do not allow children under the age of 13 on the Sites, nor do we
knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from any
person under the age of 13. If we are informed by a parent or guardian
that personally identifiable information has been collected from a
person under the age of 13, we will immediately remove the personally
identifiable information that may have been inadvertently collected by
The Legal Edge. In addition, if we are informed by a parent or guardian
that we have collected personally identifiable information from a minor,
we will be happy to remove from our records at the parent or guardian’s
request.
Use of Personally Identifiable Information:
The Legal Edge will use the personally identifiable information that
it collects about you to contact you in response to consumer-initiated
inquiries, to provide the services to you that you request, to alert you
to changes in services or features, and to provide you with requested
information regarding The Legal Edge or our services. We also may, from
time to time, contact you about offers that we, or third parties with
which we may partner, have that we believe, in our sole discretion, may
interest you.
The Legal Edge reserves the right to release current or past user

Moreover, you hereby consent to disclosure of any record or
communication to any third party when The Legal Edge, in its sole
discretion, determines the disclosure to be appropriate including,
without limitation, sharing your e-mail address with other third parties
for suppression purposes in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, as
amended from time to time.
If you no longer wish to receive emails from us which you have not
specifically initiated, you may opt-out of receiving these
communications by following the instructions contained in the applicable
e-mail. The Legal Edge processes all unsubscribe requests in a prompt
fashion.
International Users:
By using the Sites and providing The Legal Edge with data, you
understand and agree that due to the international dimension of the
Internet, The Legal Edge may use the data collected in the course of our
relationship as set forth in this Privacy Policy or in other
communications with you, including the transmission of information
outside your resident jurisdiction. In addition, you acknowledge that
your personally identifiable information and other data may be stored on
servers located in the United States or in other international
locations. By providing us with your information, you consent to the
transfer and storage of such information.
Third Party Sites:
When you register for promotions found on The Legal Edge websites,
you will actually be registering your information with that third party
company (namely,
www.KickStartCart.com), not The Legal Edge. By doing so, you agree
to that company’s privacy policy. Please make sure that you read and
agree to that policy prior to submitting your personally identifiable
information to the third party company.
The Legal Edge may also direct you to third party websites. Those
websites are not affiliated with The Legal Edge and their privacy
policies may differ from The Legal Edge’s privacy policy. The Legal Edge
is in no way responsible for the privacy policies or treatment of
information from third party websites and strongly encourages you to

Storage of Information:
Although The Legal Edge does not release your personally identifiable
information to the public and The Legal Edge makes a reasonable good
faith effort to store your personally identifiable information in a
secure operating environment, we cannot guarantee 100% security of such
information due to factors beyond our control.
Security:
The Legal Edge does not ever store your credit card information.
Credit card transactions are provided through a financial gateway owned
by www.KickStartCart.com. The
financial gateway uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to assure the
protection of your credit card transactions as they are transferred over
the Internet. However, although we take reasonable technological
precautions to protect your credit card information and other data in
transmission, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed
to be 100% secure. As such, The Legal Edge cannot warrant that your
information will be absolutely secure. Any transmission of data,
financial or otherwise, through the Sites is at your own risk.
